About us

Good Shepherd Care Community (GSCC), located in Concordia, Missouri, has been an

integral part of this area for over 60 years. It is the largest continuum of care campus in

rural Missouri, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Short and Long-Term Care

Services. Our recently renovated facility is committed to delivering high quality care to

the residents we serve. We provide our residents with the most comfortable, friendly,
